摘　　要：奥巴马政府《国家安全战略报告》出台。《报告》是＂9.11＂事件以来美国国家安全战略的重大调整,是对布什政府战略失误深刻反思的结果;《报告》明确提出＂重振美国,领导全球＂的战略目标和以安全、繁荣、价值观与国际秩序为四大支柱确保美国利益的战略方针;《报告》强调加强国内建设来增强美国的实力地位;既着眼现实,又关注长远;强调综合运用多种手段推进和实现国家利益。奥巴马国家安全战略的推行也将面临国内政治、经济、外交等多方面的制约因素。The Obama Administration has made known to the public its Report on National Security Strategy recently.The report brings some major changes to the U.S.national security strategy since the 9/11 incident that have resulted in deep and sober reflection about strategic mistakes made by the Bush Administration.The report establishes the U.S.strategic goal by clearly proposing 'reinvigorate the U.S.and lead the world',and frames the U.S.strategic policies by safeguarding the U.S.interests with the support of the four pillars of security,prosperity,values and international order.The report lays stress on strengthening nation building in order to bolster the U.S.strength status,with eyes set on both present and the future.The report emphasizes the importance of integrating and employing various means to advance and realize the U.S.interests.In the meantime,the Obama Administration will have to face up with various restraints in domestic politics,economy,diplomacy and other areas.
