摘　　要：较深入地讨论了适用于光纤通信接收机的互阻杭前置放大器。并对其小信号参数及噪声性能分析对比表明，为获得低噪声、宽频带的良好性能，输入级采用ＧａＡｓＦＥＴ电路是前置放大器的最佳选择。:The mutual impendance preamplifiers used for Optical Fiber Communications Receiversare thoroughly discussed and the analyses and comparisons of their small-signal parameters and noiseperformance are made. In order to obtain lower noises and wider frequency band, the best choice ofpreamplifiers is GaAsFET input.
