摘 要:运用表面电性研究和X射线光电子能谱分析,探讨了焦磷酸钠在经Al3+和Fe3+活化后的硅线石和微斜长石表面上的选择性吸附机理,推断造成焦磷酸钠吸附特性差异的本质原因是微斜长石表面的Al3+具有更高的化学活性,进而导致焦磷酸钠优先在微斜长石表面吸附.研究结果表明:焦磷酸钠不仅与微斜长石矿物表面的金属离子发生化学吸附,而且还与矿浆中的金属离子反应生成难溶络合物并沉积在矿物表面。The mechanism of selective adsorption of sodium pyrophosphate was studied by means of zeta_potential and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that sodium pyrophosphate can decrease the zeta_potential on the microcline surface much more than that on the sillimanite surface. It also shows that the difference of binding energy of Al2p on the surface of sillimanite and that of microcline causes a different chemical activation which greatly increases the selective adsorption of sodium pyrophosphate. Sodium pyrophosphate can not only be adsorped preferentially with the metallic ions on the surface of microcline, but react with the metallic ions producing undissolved complexed compound which precipitates on the surface of microcline.
