戒毒中药济泰片的药理学研究进展

摘　　要：济泰片是一种纯中药脱毒制剂,主要适用于阿片戒断,证属毒瘀互阻,寒热错杂,脾肾不足者。济泰片中单味中药的独特药理作用及合理的配方组合,是其发挥良好脱毒疗效的关键。临床前毒理研究结果提示,该药在大鼠中大剂量、6个月长期使用时,未见毒性作用,且药物本身无依赖性。济泰片控制吗啡依赖动物戒断症状的疗效肯定,作用与可乐定相当。临床试验进一步证实,济泰片脱毒治疗疗效肯定,并可用于控制阿片类药物依赖患者脱毒后的稽延性戒断症状,起到巩固康复的作用。常见的药物不良反应临床表现多轻微,可在治疗过程中自行减轻或经减量后缓解,该药对患者肝肾功能无明显影响。Jitai tablet is a detoxification agent of traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly applied for relieving the opiate withdrawal syndromes of poison-blood stasis,cold and heat complex,and spleen and kidney weakness.The unique pharmacologic effects of each herbal and their reasonable formula are the basis of detoxification.No apparent toxicity and dependence problem have been found at large doses and after long-term use of six months in pre-clinical toxicological studies.The effects of Jitai tablets are similar to those of clonidine in controlling the withdrawal symptoms of morphine-dependent animals.Clinical studies have further confirmed that Jitai tablet has good efficacy in controlling both acute and protracted opiate withdrawal symptoms,so as to consolidate rehabilitation.Adverse drug reactions are mild and can be reduced during the treatment or after drug reduction.No significant adverse effects have been found on the liver and kidney function in patients.
