对我国竞技体育可持续发展的思考

摘　　要：竞技体育综合实力依靠结构合理、均衡发展的项目体系来支撑。在我国竞技体育的未来发展中,调整结构,均衡发展,提高效益,是实现体育强国梦想的基石。优势项目的快速发展为我国跻身世界体育强国贡献巨大,但项目发展的不均衡性,后备人才培养失衡也制约着我国竞技体育可持续发展。繁荣的经济,稳定的政治环境和良好的社会生活环境为竞技体育的发展提供了良好的基础,着力解决好制约竞技体育发展的主要因素将极大的提升我国竞技体育的综合实力和竞争力。如何在竞技体育的未来发展中更新观念、转变职能、优化机制,解决好发展中存在的问题和矛盾,做好战略调整与布局也是我们需要认真思考的问题。Competitive sports strength depends on reasonable structure and balanced development of the project system to support.In the future development of competitive sports in China,structure readjustment,balanced development,and improved efficiency is the cornerstone to realize sports power dream.The rapid development of advantageous events makes great contribution to become one of the world sports powers,but the imbalance of event development and backup talents cultivation also restrict the sustainable development of competitive sports in China.A flourishing economy,stable political environment and good social environment for the development of competitive sports provide a good foundation.Solving the main issues restricting the development of competitive sports in China will greatly enhance athletics comprehensive strength and competitiveness.In the future development of competitive sports,how to update their concepts,transform function,optimize mechanism,dealing with the problems and contradictions existing in the development and completing the strategic adjustment and layouts also requires serious consideration.
