武术段位制引入中小学教学必要性研究

摘　　要：在多元文化激荡的时代,作为国粹的中华武术在中小学面临着"教什么、如何教、谁来教"的三大困境。以"解放思想、转变观念、放而不乱、立足发展"为指导而进行的中国武术段位制改革与中小学武术教育发展具有高度的契合性。段位制技术有助于规范中小学武术教学内容,段位制制度是促进中小学武术教育发展的有效措施,段位制的引入为困境中的中小学武术教育找到了破解难题的良方。段位制在中小学的发展应采取"体教结合"携手推行武术段位制、武术段位与运动员等级制度相接轨、建立武术段位师资培训培养体系、评选武术段位制开展先进学校的策略。Under the background of multi-cultures,Wushu,as the quintessence of Chinese culture,faces three problems,namely,what to teach,how to teach and who is to teach.Wushu rank system,guided by the general principle of mind liberation,mentality transformation,power delegation and development basis,is in agreement with Wushu education development in primary and middle schools.rank system facilitates the standardization of the Wushu teaching contents in primary and middle schools,offers effective measures for the promotion of Wushu education,and provides good solutions to the problems in Wushu education in schools.The combination of sports and education will advance Wushu rank system.And establishing the training system of teaching staff and rewarding exemplary schools should also be adopted.
