摘  要:通过上位机和PLC组成二级分布式通风机在线监测监控系统,实现对通风机风量、负压、振动、各轴温、电机功率、电网电压、通风机及辅助设备工况、供配电系统的实时状态和运行参数监视、控制以及保护,对运行数据集中显示、分析和处理;采用傅立叶变换技术对风机运行的工况点和效率进行智能拟合,系统对于动叶可调风机实时跟踪调节叶片角度,达到轻载启动、实时调节风量的目的,基本实现通风机运行管理的自动化。With the upstream computer and PLC combined on-line monitoring measurement and monitoring control system of the two stage distribution ventilator,the real time status,operation parameter monitoring,control and protection could be conducted on the ventilation volume,negative pressure,vibration,each shaft temperature,electric motor power,electric power network voltage,ventilator and auxiliary equipment performances,as well as the power supply and distribution system and the operation data could be centrally displayed,analyzed and processed.The Fourier transform technology was applied to intelligently fit the operation performance location and efficiency of the ventilator and to systematically real time trace the adjustable vane angle of the adjustable moving vane in order to reach the target of the light loading starting and the real time adjusted ventilation volume and to basically have the management automation of the ventilator.
