薄层色谱法测定板蓝根冲剂中靛甙的含量

摘　　要：采用生药中所含靛式经水解后与吲哚醌缩合生成靛玉红，然后用薄层色谱法对靛玉红进行测定的新方法，对不同厂家的板蓝根冲剂进行了质量分析，结果比较满意。加样回收率为98．46％，精密度测定RSD为3．6％。his paPer sugge8ts that Indican hydrolyrered be conden-sated with Isatin, into Indirubin, it may be used as a quality comtrolstandord for the granules of Banlangen This provides a reliable method forthe quality control of Banlangen and its preparations.Its content is determined by TLC, The meth0d showed good linearity (r =0. 9999. n = 5) in the range of 0. O8 ~ O. 24 μg/ml of Indirubin. Theaverage recovery rate was ab0ut 98. 46% with RSD < 3. 6% (n = 3).
