轻型落地式回转双平臂钢抱杆的特殊环境组塔施工应用

摘　　要：向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流输电线路工程浙B标的线路走廊狭窄,地形特殊,铁塔组立施工难度大。针对这种特殊环境的输电铁塔组立,研制了轻型落地式回转双平臂钢抱杆应用于近电、复杂地形的高塔组立,并且取得了良好效果。此工艺可广泛应用于:特高压架空输电线路的角钢塔和钢管塔;山区和丘陵地区因地形限制安装对地拉线困难的塔位;临近带电运行的线路而无法安装对地拉线的塔位。A light console-type double-level rotating steel lifting pole was developed for tower erection under the special circumstance of the Zhejiang section of Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project,where the transmission corridor is narrow and the terrain condition is very poor,making it difficult to erect the towers.This construction technology is proved to be applicable to erection of angle-steel towers and steel-pipe towers of the UHV transmission lines,the towers in mountainous and hilly areas where guy installation is difficult,or the towers which are close to the live lines and guys cannot be installed.
