摘　　要：分析了光突发交换(OBS)网络中突发模式光发射的关键技术,提出了采用外调制技术实现突发模式光发射机的设计方案。其核心部件是多量子阱电吸收调制器(MQW-EAM),并对其驱动电路和整体电路进行了仿真,论证了实现突发模式光发射机的调制方式及其主要技术指标。In this paper,the vital technology of burst-mode optical transmission in the Optical Burst Switching（OBS） is analysed and the design scheme of burst-mode optical transmitter using external modulation is put forward.Its core component is MQW-EAM（Multiple-Quantum Well-Electro-Absorption Modulation）,and the simulation to the driver circuit and whole circuit are performed.The method of the modulation actualizing the burst-mode optical transmitter is demonstrated and the technological indicator of burst-mode optical transmitter is summarized.
