青鹏膏剂治疗银屑病性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨青鹏膏剂治疗银屑病性关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法 87例银屑病性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组42例。治疗组给予青鹏膏剂涂患处,对照组外用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳剂。2组均早晚各用药1次,疗程为4周,疗程结束时评价疗效。结果 2组患者治疗4周后关节疼痛较治疗前均明显改善,治疗组疼痛评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是治疗组愈显率高(P<0.01);治疗组未见不良反应。结论青鹏膏剂治疗银屑病性关节炎安全、有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingpeng paste in the treatment of the psoriatic arthritis. Methods Eighty- seven patients with psoriatic arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 45） and control group （n = 42）. For the treatment group, Qingpeng paste was spread on affected part and for the control group, Diclofenac diethylamine emul was spread. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The effect was evaluated at the end of the treatment. Results After treatment, joint pain was obviously relieved in both of the two groups. But the improvement of the visual analogue scale in treatment group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates were 95.56% and 85.71% in the treatment group the control group, respectively （ P 〉0.05）, but the cure rates were 64.44% and 30.95% , respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. No obvious adverse effect was observed during the course of therapy in the treatment group. Conclusion Qingpeng paste is a safe and effective treatment for psoriatic arthritis.
