摘　　要：盐酸胺碘酮是一种高效、广谱的抗心律失常药，多年来国内临床多用于抗心律失常的治疗。近年来国外进行了多项大规模的临床研究，重新评价了该药低剂量在心血管治疗领域中的地位。本文综述了近年来该药低剂量治疗心绞痛的临床应用方面的研究进展。Amiodarone is a highly effective, broad spectrum antiarrhythmic durg and has been used in clinical. Over recent years, large scale clinical trials of low dose amiodarone in the treatment of certain cardiovascular diseases have been made, and this paper reviewed the development of clinical application of low dose amiodarone in the treatment of angina pectoris.
