剖宫产后再次妊娠时机和风险的评估

摘　　要：随着剖宫产次数增加,再次妊娠发生严重并发症的风险增加;剖宫产后,再次妊娠时间过短,严重并发症发生风险也会增加。但是由于有关研究结论并不一致,所以对于剖宫产后再次妊娠的最佳时机还不明确,只能根据现有的证据来综合判断其风险的高低,并用于临床的指导。As the numbers of cesarean delivery increase, severe complications and adverse outcomes related to the history of prior cesarean delivery have increased. A short interpregnaney interval after cesarean section has been associated with increasing severe complications. The absolute threshold number of cesarean section and the most appropriate timing of subsequent pregnancy after prior cesarean delivery are unclear due to relatively inadequate and discordant evidence. But we can suggest the relative safer interval and the numbers of cesarean section according to the risk of ongoing adverse outcomes.
