摘  要:过渡族金属元素氧化物已经成为材料科学领域重要的研究对象。文中以氯化铜和碳酸钠为原料用水热法合成了CuO微纳米结构材料。对制备的微纳米CuO的结构及形貌进行了X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜表征及分析,并探讨了纳米结构CuO的生长机制。结果表明:通过简单改变反应物的用量,成功实现了CuO微晶形貌的调控。当氯化铜与碳酸钠的摩尔比为1∶1时,产物具有类似花状的形貌;而当氯化铜与碳酸钠的摩尔比为1∶2时,产物具有类似球状的形貌。整个反应不需要任何复杂的添加剂和精确的pH值控制,工艺简单,操作方便,可在工业化生产中实际应用。Transition metal oxide has become an important research field of materials science. This pa- per introduces CuO micro-nanostructures prepared from copper chloride dihydrate( CuC12 · 2H2O) and so- dium carbonate anhydrous( Na2CO3 ) as starting materials by a facile hydrothermal method. The paper de- scribes the properties of the CuO miero-nanostructures characterized by X -ray diffraction(XRD) and scan- ning electron microscopy(SEM) and discusses the possible growth mechanism of the nanostruetures. The results indicate that the morphology of the obtained products is strongly dependent on the molar ratio of re- actants. When the molar ratio of CuC12 · 2H2O to Na2CO3 is 1: 1, the flower-like CuO nanostructures are obtained. When the molar ratio of CuC12 ·2H2O to Na2CO3 is 1:2, the spherical CuO nanostructures are obtained respectively. The reaction, with no need for any other complex additive and elaborate pH control, can find a practical use in industrial production due to simple process and easy operation.
