摘　　要：昆明市二环改扩建工程,是昆明主城区交通干线网络的重点基础设施建设项目。论述了对工程影响最大的总体设计思路和主要技术标准;路线设计中功能定位、横断面研究、平行匝道布置、立交功能划分及选型、立交改造利用;桥梁总体设计中桥梁结构形式、桥梁上下部结构和桥梁工程景观等。最后分析了在实践中进行总体控制的关键环节。Kunming second ring rebuilding & expanding project is regarded as the highlight infrustructure construction project of Kunming urban district traffic network. In the paper, the general design idea and main technology standards are presented including function definition of route design, cross-section research, parallel ramp layout, viaduct function & selection, viaduct restoration usage, bridge structure types and bridge landscaping,etc. Finally, the key steps of practical general control are analyzed.
