摘  要:目的:探讨丹皮提取物对高脂血症大鼠氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:72只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、丹皮提取物高剂量组、丹皮提取物中剂量组、丹皮提取物低剂量组和氟伐他汀对照组。灌服脂肪乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型,丹皮提取物按12g/kg、6g/kg、3g/kg剂量给大鼠连续灌胃4周后,测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、GSH-Px活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)。结果:丹皮提取物能显著升高血SOD和GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),降低血清LDL-C、LPO的浓度(P<0.05)。与氟伐他汀组相比,丹皮提取物在清除氧自由基活性方面优于氟伐他汀(P<0.05)。结论:丹皮提取物能显著增强大鼠抗脂质过氧化能力。Objective : In order to study the effects of CORTEX MOUTAN extracts on lipid metabolism and oxygen free radical metabolism of Rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods:72 Rats were divide into six groups randomly:The normal control group, hyperlipemia group,CORTEX MOUTAN extracts high dose group, CORTEX MOUTAN extracts midst dose group, CORTEX MOUTAN extracts low dose group and the Fluvastatin group. Besides the normal control group, all the Rats in the other groups were fed with lipid emulsion for 4 weeks. After the experimental hyperlipidemic Rats were succeeded,the Chinese medicine groups were treated with CORTEX MOUTAN extracts at the dose of 12g/kg,6g/kg,3g/kg, the normal control group,hyperlipemia group were treated with normal sodium, the Fluvastatin group were treated with Fluvastatin. After 4 weeks, LDL- C, SOD, GSH -Px,indexes of haemorheology and LPO in serum were measured. Results:Mean level of serum LDL - C and LPO in the experimental groups treated by CORTEX MOUTAN extracts at different dosages were much lower than that in hyperlipidemia group( P 〈 0.05 ) ,but higher than the Fluvastatin group(P 〈 0.05 ) ,it also can improve the indexes of haemorheology. And the SOD and GSH - Px activities of serum in the group of CORTEX MOUTAN extracts were much higher than those in hyperlipidemia group and the Fluvastatin group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion:CORTEX MOUTAN extracts can enhance the antioxidation and reduce the lipid peroxidation in Rats With hyperlipidemia.
