益气活血解毒汤治疗老年稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒汤对老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者中医证候及生活质量的影响。方法将69例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服益气活血解毒汤;比较两组中医证候积分以及总有效率,并采用西雅图心绞痛问卷量表对患者躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态及发作情况、治疗满意程度和疾病认识程度进行测评。结果治疗组中医证候、总有效率以及生活质量的改善均优于对照组。结论益气活血解毒汤配合西医常规治疗对老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。Objective：To investigate effects of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction on the TCM syndrome and the life quality in senile stable angina pectoris with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods：69 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with routine therapy in each group.The treatment group was added Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction.The TCM score and the effective rate were compared in two groups.The Seattle angina questionnaire was used to evaluate some indices including the physical limitation,the angina stable,the angina frequency,the treatment satisfaction and the disease cognition.Conclusion：The TCM syndrome,the total effective rate and the life quality improvement of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group.Conclusion：The effect of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction plus routine therapy is better than that of the routine therapy in senile stable angina pectoris.
