附睾郁积症的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用综合治疗方法治疗附睾郁积症的临床疗效。方法:47例附睾郁积症患者随机分成两组:综合治疗组(心理治疗、行为疗法、理疗、抗炎镇痛药、抗生素、植物药及手术等方法),对照组(抗炎镇痛药加抗生素治疗),并对两组的疗效进行评估。结果:综合治疗组有效率为87.1%,对照组有效率为56.3%,两组之间P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论:应用综合治疗方法治疗附睾郁积症能显著提高临床疗效。Objectives：To explore the application of comprehensive treatment of the epididymis pool of clinical efficacy. Methods： 47 cases epididymis pool of patients were randomly divided into two groups： an integrated treatment group （psychological therapy, behavior therapy, physical therapy, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, and surgical methods such as plants）, the control group （anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs and antibiotic treatment）, and the two groups to assess the efficacy. Results： The treatment group was 87.1 percent for the control group rate was 56.3 percent, between the two groups P0.01, a statistical significance. Conclusion： Integrated treatment epididymis pool of treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
