摘　　要：概述了高校数字图书馆建设过程中遇到的经费投入不足、缺少特色性、缺乏统一协调机制、知识产权保护及馆员素质等问题。This paper expounds some problems in the construction of university＇s digital library such as the lack of funds,the shortage of characteristics,the insufficiency of unified coordination mechanism,the protection of intelligent property,and the quality of librarians,etc.
