活血养阴合剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：临床观察活血养阴合剂（生地、丹参、益母草、山楂、乌梅）对慢性肾小管间质性肾病所致慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗作用，将３８例患者随机分为中药治疗组（２０例）和西药对照组（１８例，包醛氧化淀粉）。结果：治疗组总有效率８５．０％，对照组４４．４％。两组在明显降低ＢＵＮ水平方面无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）外，在Ｓｃｒ、Ｃｃｒ、尿ＦＤＰ、尿渗透压、尿β２－ＭＧ、ＨＣＴ、Ｈｂ等指标上，治疗组疗效明显优于西药组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ForclinicalobservationofthetherapeuticeffectofBloodActivatingandYinNourishingMixtureinthetreatmentofchronicrenalfailurecausedbychronicrenaltubuleinterstitialnephrosis,38casesofthepatientsweredividedrandomlyintoChineseherbalgroup(20cases)andthecontrolgroupofwesternmedication(18cases,coatedaldehydeoxystarch).Theresultsshowedthetotaleffectiverateof85.0%inthetreatmentgroupand44.4%inthecontrolgroup.Exceptthattherewasnosignificantdifference(P>0.05) inobviousdecreaseofBUNlevelintwogroups,thetherapeuticeffectinthetreatmentgroupwasremarkablybetterthanthatinthegroupofwesternmedication(P<0.01)invariousindexesofScr,Ccr,urinaryosmoticpressure,urinaryB2MG,HCTandHb.
