摘　　要：结合中国矿业大学图书馆的实际情况,探讨了随书光盘网络化管理中存在的若干问题,并提出了改进措施。Connecting with the actual situation of the library of China University of MiningTechnology,this paper probes into several problems in the networked management of CD attached with books,and puts forward some improvement measures.
