摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆窘境的探讨,阐述了图书馆需要以专业管理者的理由,并指出坚持图书馆学术研究是培养图书馆专业人才的途径,只有这样才能尽快摆脱窘境是适应未来图书馆的需要。Through probing into the predicament of university library,this paper expounds the reasons why the library needs professional manager,and insisting on the academic research of library science is an approach for cultivating the professional talents of the library,and only in this way can the library extricat itself from the predicament as soon as possible to fit in with the demand of the future library.
