摘　　要：从内涵发展的角度探讨了地方新建本科院校图书馆如何进行文献资源建设工作,并以广西财经学院图书馆为例,阐述了文献资源内涵建设的实践。This paper probes into how local newly-built university to construct the literature resources from the viewpoint of connotation development,and taking the library of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example,expounds the practice of connotation development of literature resources.
