摘 要:目的了解护士长管理培训现状及其需求,为护士长管理培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对黑龙江省18所公立医院的475名护士长进行调查。结果 89.26%的护士长参加过管理培训。培训内容方面,希望设置能够提升自身管理能力的课程。培训形式方面,31.58%的护士长认同短期培训班,36.63%认同专题讲座。结论护士长对培训的需求率高,医院应进一步加强对护士长管理的培训,培训内容应注重综合性、系统性和针对性,并结合工作性质采取多样化培训形式。Objective To understand the need and current status of management training among head nurses, then to provide bases for the further training. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to survey 475 nurses from 18 public hospitals in Heilongjiang province. Results 89.26% of the involved head nurses had received management training. For training contents, they hoped to attend some curriculum to improve their management capacities. For training modes,31.58% cases recognized short - term training courses,and 36.63% cases agreed lectures. Conclusion Management training is much in demand among head nurses. So hospitals should strengthen their training. And the training contents shoud be comprehensive, systematic, and trargeted. The training modes should be various and combined with the work nature.
