摘　　要：目的探讨护理专科小组的工作模式及其对提高护理人员综合素质和护理质量的作用。方法以经过培训和资格认证的手术室、急诊、ICU、静脉置管专科护士和糖尿病健康教育护理师为主体建立了静脉置管护理、护理安全管理和糖尿病健康教育3个护理专科小组,应用于医院护理人员培训、护理会诊和护理门诊中。效果培训后护理人员理论知识和操作技能评分明显提高;静脉置管平均留置时间延长;糖尿病患者健康教育满意度提高;促进了护理科研论文撰写和发表。结论护理专科小组在全院护理工作中发挥了重要作用,有效提升了护理服务质量和服务内涵,推动了护理专业化进程。Objective To explore the work pattern of clinical nurse specialist teams and its effectiveness on improving the overall quality of nurses and quality of nursing. Methods The venous catheter care team,the nursing security management team,and the diabetes heahh education team were established,in which certified nurse specialists in operating room, emergency department, ICU, intravenous catheterization and diabetes health education were the main members. These teams played a full role in nurses training,nursing consuhation,and nursing clinics. Results After training,the knowledge and skills of nurses were improved significantly than before. The average indwelling time of venous catheter was prolonged, and the incidence of complication declined at the same time. The diabetes health education became more standardized and systematic, and the satisfaction degree of patients increased also. Nursing security management achieved good results and nursing error events declined. The numbers of published nursing research papers increased in addition. Conclusion Clinical nurse specialist teams play an important role in the nursing work of the whole hospital. It could effectively enhance the nursing service quality and service contents, and promote the process of nursing specialization.
