临床换药床的改良制作与应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医肛肠科改良式换药床的临床应用效果。方法将2009年4月至12月200名诊断为混合痔或肛瘘并接受手术的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各100例,分别采用传统换药床、改良式换药床换药,比较两组平均换药时间、医生转身次数、患者对换药床清洁度、舒适度的主观认识,了解参与试验组换药的医护人员对改良式换药床的评价。结果两组在平均换药时间、医生转身次数、患者对换药床清洁度、舒适度的主观认识方面的差异均具有统计学意义;参与调查的医护人员均认为使用改良式换药床换药更方便。结论改良式换药床舒适、安全、实用、可行。Objective To explore the application and its effectiveness of the revised dressing - change bed for patients in anorectal departments. Methods A total of 200 patients, diagnosed as hemorrhoids or anal fistula and receiving operation therapy from April to December 2009,were randomly separated into the experimental group and the control group ,which used the revised dressing - change bed and the traditional dressing - change bed individually. The average time of dressing change ,the turn frequency of doctors and the views of patients to the cleaning and comfort of the bed were collected and compared between the two groups. The evaluation of doctors and nurses about the revised dressing - change bed were collected also. Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the average time of dressing change, the turn frequency of doctors and the views of patients to the cleaning and comfort of beds. And all of the doctors and nurses after using the revised dressing - change bed thought that it was very convenient. Conclusion The revised dressing- change bed is comfort, safe, convenient and feasible.
