颈背部软组织损伤所致头痛、头晕的诊治机理探究

摘　　要：目的探讨颈背部软组织损伤引起头痛、头晕的诊治机理。方法对548例头痛、头晕患者采用按摩疗法。结果颈背部软组织损伤部位压痛减轻或消失,头痛、头晕等症状明显缓解。结论针对颈背部软组织损伤引发的头痛、头晕,传统的按摩等保守疗法可以取得满意的疗效。Objective To evaluate the mechanism of the diagnosis and treatment of headache and giddiness caused by neck and back soft tissue injures.Methods Totally 548 patients with headache and giddiness were treated by massage treatment.Results Ache in the site of the neck and back soft tissue injures became lightered or disappeared,the symptom of headache and giddiness was relieved.Conclusion Clinical effect of massage treatment was satisfying.
