毫米波治疗慢性疼痛的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察毫米波照射治疗慢性疼痛的临床效果,并探讨针对性的护理对策。方法选择2009年6-12月194例慢性疼痛患者,随机分为对照组94例和实验组100例,对照组采用常规服药及神经阻滞治疗,实验组在此基础上给予毫米波治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale,VAS）低于对照组（P﹤0.01）,慢性疼痛较对照组明显减轻。结论毫米波治疗能明显减轻患者的慢性疼痛。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of millimeter wave treatment on chronic pain and explore pertinent nursing measures. Methods 194 patients,hospitalized for chronic pain between June and December in 2009,were randomly divided into two groups： 94 as control group and the other 100 as experimental group. Millimeter wave therapy and pertinent nursing measures were applied to the experimental group besides treatment by regular medication and nerve block,which were applied only in the control group. The two groups were compared before and after treatment on a basis of visual analogue scale（VAS） . Result Scores of VAS in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P ﹤ 0.01） ,indicating that symptoms of chronic pain in the former were mitigated better than in the latter. Conclusion The millimeter wave therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic pain.
