舒适护理在原发性高血压患者围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在原发性高血压患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法在围手术期间对40例原发性高血压手术患者实施舒适护理,比较实施舒适护理前后患者的焦虑值、收缩压、心率和满意度的差别。结果实施舒适护理后患者焦虑程度、收缩压、心率均较平稳,实施前后比较,经统计学分析,均P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义;实施舒适护理后患者对护理工作的满意度较实施前高,经统计学分析,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理能使原发性高血压患者情绪、心率和血压保持平稳,从而保证手术的顺利进行。Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on operative patients with primary hypertension. Methods 40 operative patients with primary hypertension received comfortable nursing during peri-operative period. The level of anxiety,systolic pressure,heart rate and satisfaction degree were observed and compared before and after operation. Results The level of anxiety,systolic pressure,and heart rate were insignificantly different between pre-and post-performance of comfortable nursing（P 0.05） ,but the satisfaction degree after performance of comfortable nursing was significantly higher than before（P 0.05） . Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively alleviate the anxiety in operative patients with primary hypertension,and increase the satisfaction degree of patients.
