复方利多卡因乳膏在血液透析病人动静脉内瘘穿刺中的镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方利多卡因乳膏在血液透析病人动静脉内瘘穿刺中的镇痛效果。方法将64例使用动静脉内瘘行维持性血液透析病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。观察组穿刺前60min以穿刺点为中心涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏,对照组采用常规穿刺方法。观察两组病人在内瘘穿刺中的疼痛程度。结果观察组病人在内瘘穿刺中疼痛程度较对照组病人轻,两组比较,Z=-4.239,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在穿刺点涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏可减轻血液透析病人内瘘穿刺时的疼痛。Objective To observe the analgesic effect of compound lidocaine cream in hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula. Methods 64 hemodialysis patients undergoing puncturing on arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group. Compound lidocaine cream was applied on the central puncture point 60 minutes before the operation in the observation group,while the conventional group receiving routine puncturing. Result The pain caused by puncturing in the observation group was significantly less than that of the conventional group（Z =-4.239,P 0.05） . Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream could alleviate the pain during puncturing arteriovenous fistula from hemodialysis significantly.
