摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜汽压弹道碎石在输尿管结石中的心运用。方法回顾分析我院2002年4月--2009年12月收治并运用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗的386例输尿管结石病人。结果一次性成功的碎石取石术92.7%平均术后住院天数4.5d。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石效率高操作简单价格适宜适用于中下段输尿管结石的治疗,特别适用于基层医院。【Objective】To evaluate the vapor pressure of ureteroscopic lithotripsy of ureteral stones in the hearts of use.【Methods】Retrospective analysis of our hospital in April 2002-2009 12 and were treated in the use of lithotripsy in the treatment of 386 cases of ureteral stones.【Results】The one-time successful lithotripsy 92.7% of the average postoperative hospital stay 4.5 days.【Conclusions】The high efficiency of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy simple affordable applicable to the treatment of distal ureteral calculi,especially for primary hospital.
