摘  要:目的提供一种检测血吸虫毛蚴趋向作用的新方法从而弥补改良的Roberts比较法的不足。方法利用SCW对毛蚴具有吸引作用这一结论设置对比实验,即用清水和SCW溶液分别吸引毛蚴,在钉螺模拟装置中计数检测的钉螺毛蚴数量,进行统计分析,得出结论。结果 A号钉螺模拟装置中(装有去氯水)分别检测到钉螺数:第一组:0只,第二组:1只,第三组:0只,第四组:2只;B号钉螺模拟装置中(装有SCW溶液)分别检测到钉螺数:第一组:7只,第二组:9只,第三组:11只,第四组:8只;经统计学计算P<0.001。结论与改良的Roberts(Φ形容器图3)相比,该装置具有制取和设计简便,取材方便,计数方便,方法简捷,更能准确的证明毛蚴的趋向作用,为研究工作节约了大量时间。【Objective】Providing a new approach to detect the tendency of schistosome miracidium which can make up for the deficiency of improved version of Roberts'Comparative Law.【Methods】Designing comparative experiment based on the conclusion that SCW appeals to miracidium.That is to say,we can attract miracidium by using water and SCW solution respectively,counting out the miracidia of snail within the snail simulator.After that,we will make statistical analysis and draw conclusions based on the numbers.【Results】The numbers of snails detected in No.A snail simulator(with chlorinate-removed water) are as follows:first group:0,second group:1,third group:0,fourth group:2;The numbers of snails detected in No.B snail simulator(with SCW solution) are as follows:first group:7,second group:9,third group:11,fourth group:8.The statistical calculation shows that the P 0.001.【Conclusions】Compared with improved version of Roberts(Φ container as showed in Figure3),the snail simulator is advantageous in its convenience of designing,material-acquiring,number-counting.What's more,this kind of simple method enables us to demonstrate the tendency of miracidium much more accurately.As a result,it saves much time in research.
