123例干燥综合征患者自身抗体及免疫球蛋白和补体检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨干燥综合征患者血清自身抗体、免疫球蛋白和补体检测的临床意义。方法用免疫荧光法和免疫印迹法测定123例干燥综合征患者血清自身抗体,同时检测血清免疫球蛋白和补体,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 123例干燥综合征患者血清抗核抗体(ANA)谱测定发现,原发性和继发性干燥综合征患者血清ANA阳性率分别为90.79%、93.62%,SS-A阳性率分别为69.74%、76.60%,SS-B阳性率分别为53.95%、68.09%,Ro-52阳性率分别为27.63%、38.30%。继发性干燥综合征患者血清ANA阳性率高于原发性干燥综合征患者。免疫球蛋白和补体测定显示,干燥综合征患者血清免疫球蛋白明显升高,以IgG升高为主。补体无明显升高。结论自身抗体ANA谱测定对于干燥综合征的诊断有极重要的参考价值,是病情判断和预后评价的重要手段。患者体内可出现明显的高球蛋白血症,有体液免疫功能的紊乱。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of autoantibody,immunoglobulin and complement detection in Sjogren＇s syndrome. Methods Detect the autoantibody with immunofluorescence and Western blotting,and measured the immunoglobulin and complement in serum from 123 case of Sjogren＇s syndrome, Then analysis the results with statistical software. Results For the detection of autoantibody, the positive rate in pSS and sSS was 90. 79% and 93. 62% respectivly. Analysis of the target antigen SS-A,the positive rate in pSS and sSS was 69.74% and 76.60% respectively,53.95% and 68.09% for SS-B,27.63% and 38. 30% for Ro-52. The positive of ANA in sSS was higher than that in pSS. The results of immuoglobulin and complement indicated that the level of immuoglobulin in SS was higher than that of heathy blood donor, especially for IgG, but not for eomplement. Conclusion It is important for diagnosis of SS to analysis the autoantibody,it is helpful to judge pathogenetie condition and prog- nostic evaluation. The SS patients have hyperglobulinemia and the disord of humoral immune function.
