摘　　要：随着社会信息化进程的不断推进,具有网络环境的公共计算机实验室已经成为高校学生学习和生活中不可或缺的部分。解决公共计算机实验室的安全问题,对于有效防止国有资产流失和资源浪费,提高教学质量,保护广大学生的个人隐私权和经济利益具有重大意义。首先采用"人-机-环境"理论,对实验室进行可靠性、安全性分析,然后,对影响实验室安全的主要风险进行评估,最后,结合高校特点,提出了基于CNNS安全体系结构的公共计算机实验室管理模型。Along with the continuous development of informationization,public computer laboratories with Internet connectivity has become an indispensible part for college students. The security guarantee of such laboratories is essential to prevent the loss of nation-owned assets or waste of resources,to enhance education quality and to protect the privacy and economic interests of the students. In this article,the authors firstly analyze the reliability and security of public computer laboratories using the theory of Man-Machine-Environment;then evaluate the major risks that such laboratories might be exposed to;and finally put forward a public computer laboratories management model based on China NationalSecurity（CNNS） security architecture.
