片钠铝石用作PVC热稳定剂

摘　　要：以硬脂酸钙为参照,研究片钠铝石[NaAl(OH)2CO3]用作PVC热稳定剂的热稳定特性、透明性和电绝缘性。结果表明:片钠铝石具有类似于硬脂酸钙的热稳定特性,是一种长期型热稳定剂;在合理并用硬脂酸锌和β-二酮等有机辅助热稳定剂的情况下,具有与硬脂酸钙相当的热稳定效能,但透明性和电绝缘性明显优于硬脂酸钙。The heat stabilizing characteristics, transparency and electrical insulation of dawsonite[ NaAl（ OH ）2CO3 ] as a heat stabilizer for PVC were studied by taking calcium stearate as the reference. It was shown that： the heat stabilizing characteristics of dawsonitc was similar to that of calcium stearate,it was a long-term type heat stabilizer. The composition of dawsonite combined rationally with zinc stearate and organic costabilizers such as β-diketones showed heat stabilizing efficiency equivalent to that of calcium stearate,but transparency and electrical insulation much better than those of the latter.
