摘 要:以硬脂酸钙为参照,研究片钠铝石[NaAl(OH)2CO3]用作PVC热稳定剂的热稳定特性、透明性和电绝缘性。结果表明:片钠铝石具有类似于硬脂酸钙的热稳定特性,是一种长期型热稳定剂;在合理并用硬脂酸锌和β-二酮等有机辅助热稳定剂的情况下,具有与硬脂酸钙相当的热稳定效能,但透明性和电绝缘性明显优于硬脂酸钙。The heat stabilizing characteristics, transparency and electrical insulation of dawsonite[ NaAl( OH )2CO3 ] as a heat stabilizer for PVC were studied by taking calcium stearate as the reference. It was shown that: the heat stabilizing characteristics of dawsonitc was similar to that of calcium stearate,it was a long-term type heat stabilizer. The composition of dawsonite combined rationally with zinc stearate and organic costabilizers such as β-diketones showed heat stabilizing efficiency equivalent to that of calcium stearate,but transparency and electrical insulation much better than those of the latter.
