摘  要:分析立体声调频收音机后壳的塑件工艺特点,针对塑件结构特点拟定成型方案,设计斜滑块侧抽芯、潜伏式浇口注塑模具,介绍收音机后壳注射成型模结构及模具的工作过程。采用此模具结构实现了从注射到抽芯落料的自动化生产,经生产实践验证,模具结构合理,生产的塑件符合质量要求,能够取得很好的经济效益。An injection mould for the plastics back-shell of a stereo radio was developed based on the technological characteristics analysis on the component. The core-pulling mechanism and submarine gate were adopted in the mould. The mould structure and operation process were stated. The mould structure was proved to be reasonable by production practice, and the plastics parts produced by the mould could meet the technical requirement, and the good economic beneficial result could be obtained.
