摘 要:为探讨复合微量元素对果蝇的生长发育和寿命的影响,设置5个复合微量元素组,采用果蝇羽化时间和寿命试验的方法进行实验研究.结果表明,5个复合微量元素组均能明显缩短果蝇羽化的天数,增多羽化成龄果蝇数目,促进果蝇的生长发育,同时还能延长果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命,其中尤以8630组(长寿地区微量元素谱)的效果最好,该组雌、雄果蝇的平均寿命分别比空白组延长67.5%和78.2%,其作用还优于维生素E.In order to study the influence of compound trace elements on the growth and life-span of fruit fly,5 groups of compound trace elements were developed. The days of eclosion for fruit fly and life-span test were used to performed the study. The results showed that the days of eclosion of fruit fly could be obviously reduced,the numbers of imagines of fruit fly increased.the growth and development of the fruit fly improved in the 5 groups of compound trace elements. At the same time,the average life-span and the maximum life-span of fruit fly in 5 groups of compound trace elements were all higher markedly than that in the control group,especially in 8630 group Cic. Longevity district compound trace element spectrum). In the 8630 group, the average life-span for both sex fruit fly was prolonged by 67. 5% and 78. 2% as compared with that in control group.
