摘　　要：简述了媒体资产管理和媒资管理系统的发展进程,阐明了新形势下媒体资产管理面向"内容产业"发展的资产价值提升和媒资管理系统的功能拓展,同时结合对基于全台网架构下"现代媒资"概念的研究思考,重点提出了对陕西台现代媒资管理发展规划的分析观点和实施步骤。In this paper, the media asset management and the Media Asset Management System （MAMS） are presented. The value increasing and function expansion of MAMS for the ‘content industry’ under new features are illustrated. Based on the concept of ‘modern media assets’ under the network structure of the TV station, the analysis and the application steps of how to develop modern media asset of Shaanxi TV are proposed.
