摘　　要：通过介绍ARM9与嵌入式Windows CE的特点,描述了一种基于ARM9的嵌入式Windows CE开发过程。在介绍开发环境配置方法之后,使用并口、串口和网络对重新定制及编译内核的操作系统和应用程序进行下载,并在开发板上对定制后的操作系统和应用程序进行测试。This paper describes a process of the developing of embedded Windows CE based on ARM9 through introducing the characteristics of ARM9 and embedded Windows CE.After introducing the configuration of developing environment,this paper proposes the method of developing which uses API and network to download customized and recompiled system and program,then test them on the developing platform.
