摘　　要：提出了一种梯形缝割缝筛管激光加工新方法——复合变位法。应用此方法,研制出恒定光路和双支撑同步回转分度机构,攻克了梯形缝割缝筛管激光加工难题,批量加工出梯形缝筛管并在大庆、辽河等油田生产中应用。A new laser processing method for trapezoid-slot slotted liners,i.e.compound shifting position method,is presented.The constant light path and the double support synchronous rotating dividing mechanism are developed with the aid of this method,thus overcoming the problem in laser processing of trapezoid-slot slotted liners.The trapezoid-slot slotted liners processed in batches have been used in the production of some oil fields.
