摘  要:在野外的学习和工作中,往往出现便携式数码设备没电的情况;为了解决野外没有现成电源的情况下能对便携式数码设备进行充电,设计了一种利用野外篝火作为能量来源的便携式数码充电器。以塞贝克效应为理论基础,研究了半导体温差发电模块输出电压/输出功率与冷热面温差的关系;并结合高性能隔热材料与热管式散热器,利用半导体温差发电组件产生的电能作为电源;再配合相应的整流稳压模块制作出了数码设备充电装置。该充电装备适用于野外无电源环境,以野外篝火为热源,直接将热能转化为电能,通过USB充电接头实现对各类数码设备的充电,并且安全、可靠。The portable digital devices may run out of power in the field.A portable digital charger using wild bonfire as energy source was designed in this paper to charge the portable digital devices in the field with no ready-made power supplies.With Seebeck effect as the theoretical foundation,the relationship between output voltage/output power of the thermoelectric power generation modules and temperature difference was studied.Using the electricity generated by thermoelectric power generation modules as power supply components,combining with high-performance insulation materials and heat-pipe type radiator,and together with rectifier-regulator module,a digital device charging device was produced.The charging equipment can be used in the field with no electricity supply.With the wild bonfire as the heat source,it can transform heat into electricity directly,and charge various types of digital equipment by USB connector.It's safe and reliable.
