摘 要:目的研究敌百虫、敌杀死对日本三角涡虫(Dugesiajaponica)摄食和再生的影响。方法每种农药设6个染毒组(敌百虫为0.90、1.10、1.32、1.58、1.89、2.27mg/L,敌杀死为0.83、1.00、1.20、1.44、1.73、2.10mg/L)和1个对照组进行急性毒性实验。每种农药各设5个染毒组(敌百虫摄食0.16、0.26、0.36、0.46、0.56mg/L,再生0.20、0.30、0.40、0.50、0.60mg/L;敌杀死为0.30、0.40、0.50、0.60、0.70mg/L)和1个对照组进行影响涡虫摄食与再生的实验。每组10条涡虫,进行3个平行。结果敌百虫和敌杀死对涡虫的24h、48hLC50分别是1.45mg/L和1.42mg/L、1.34mg/L和1.37mg/L。第1次喂食后,仅0.16mg/L、0.46mg/L敌百虫对涡虫的摄食影响显著(P<0.05),第2、3次喂食各浓度敌百虫对涡虫的摄食影响显著(P<0.05);敌杀死对涡虫摄食的显著影响主要在第2、3次喂食后60min(P<0.05)。术后60h、浓度≥0.20mg/L的敌百虫和术后54h、浓度≥0.40mg/L敌杀死对涡虫再生影响显著(P<0.05)。术后90h,除0.60mg/L敌百虫染毒组和0.70mg/L敌杀死染毒组外,其他各组对涡虫再生影响不显著。结论敌百虫和敌杀死对涡虫摄食的显著影响主要在第2次喂食后,对再生的显著影响主要在术后78h和60h前。敌百虫对涡虫的急性毒性和对其摄食与再生的影响大于敌杀死。Objective To study the effects of trichlorphon and decis on the ingestion and regeneration of Dugesiajaponica. Methods The acute toxicity of triehlorphon at the doses of 0,0.90,1.10,1.32,1.58,1.89,2.27 mg/L and decis at 0,0.83,1.00,1.20, 1.44, 1.73,2.10 mg/L were studied on Dugesiajoponica. Trichlorphon at 0,0.16,0.26,0.36,0.46,0.56 mg/L for ingestion and 0,0.20,0.30,0.40,0.50,0.60 mg/L for regeneration, decis at 0,0.30,0.40,0.50,0.60,0.70 mg/L were studied for ingestion and regeneration of Dugesiajaponica. All the concentrations of trichlorphon and decis had three parallel sets, every group contained ten animals. Results The results showed that 24 h and 48 h LC50 were 1.45 mg/L, 1.34 mg/L and 1.42 mg/L, 1.37 mg/L for trichlorphon and decis,respectively. After the first feeding,only trichlorphon at 0.16 mg/L,0.46 mg/L affected the ingestion of Dugesiajaponica mainly (P〈0.05);after the second and third feeding, all concentrations of triehlorphon affected the ingestion of Dugesiajaponica significantly (P〈0.05);the effects of deeis on ingestion mainly happened after the second and third feeding. Sixty hours after operation,trichlorphon at concentrations higher than 0.20 mg/L and 54 h after operation,decis at concentrations higher than 0.40 mg/L affected markedly the regeneration of the animals. Ninety hours after regeneration,the animals exposed to all the concentrations of trichlorphon and decis except 0.60 mg/L and 0.70 mg/L,the effects were not significant. Conclusion Trichlorphon and decis may impact the ingestion of Dugesiajaponica mainly after the second feeding, and influence the regeneration within 78 h and 60 h after operation respectively. The acute toxicity and effects of trichlorphon on ingestion and regeneration of the animals are stronger compared with decis.
