糖尿病性视网膜病变中医辩证分型治疗124例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病性视网膜病变中医辩证分型治疗。方法随机分为常规治疗组120例采用常规治疗,综合治疗组124例采用常规治疗联合中医分型治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果综合治疗组总有效率91.93%,常规治疗组总有效率60.83%;两组总有效率经统计学比较P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变中积极应用中医药临床疗效确切,不仅在改善视网膜病变,还能够保持中医药的整体观念的对整个疾病进行综合的调控,可以明显改善临床症状,促进疾病的康复。Objective To explore the diabetic retinopathy classification of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the dialectic.Methods The conventional treatment group were randomly divided into 120 cases of conventional therapy,combined therapy group of 124 cases of conventional therapy combined with TCM treatment,clinical efficacy were observed.Results The combined treatment group,the total efficiency of 91.93%,in conventional therapy group,the total efficiency is 60.83%;the two groups statistically compared the total effective rate P0.01,significant difference.Conclusion In treatment of diabetic retinopathy we should positive apply Chinese medicine,not only improving the retinopathy,but also able to maintain the overall concept of Chinese medicine,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,to promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
