摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定六味地黄膏滋剂中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇∶水(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长为274nm,流速为0.8mL·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:丹皮酚含量在50～300μg·mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.63%,RSD=1.26%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于六味地黄膏滋剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of paenol in Liuwei dihuang soft extract. METHODS： The octadecylsilyl silicagel was used as filter. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（70 ∶ 30） at detection wavelength of 274 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of paeonol was 50～300 μg·mL^-1（μg·mL-1） with an average recovery of 99.63%（RSD=1.26%, n=6）. CONCLUSION： This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible for quality control of Liuwei dihuang soft extract.
