电子时代的档案学我们该“教什么”和“怎么教”?——以国家特色专业苏州大学档案学为例

摘　　要：本文以国家特色专业苏州大学档案学为例,说明电子时代的档案学我们该"教什么"和"怎么教"。文中指出了电子时代的档案学本科的总体教学目标,具体列出了围绕这一目标的实现所设计的教学计划,并说明电子时代的档案学"教什么"应突出时代的需要、考虑文献信息管理的共同知识需求、注意把握与电子时代密切相关内容课程的度、传统纸质档案课程内容的合理需求、切忌"种别人的田,荒自己的地",同时在"怎么教"上指出:应大力贯彻"理论联系实践"的教学理念、努力加强档案信息化实验教学、创造电子政务及电子文件管理实验教学条件、继续开展纸质文件与纸质档案管理的实验教学、借助外部资源开展档案学教学和采取比较法进行教学等。This article points out what and how we should teach about archives science in E-era based on national speciality of archives science of Su-Zhou University.It gives us total teaching goal of archives science in E-era,lists up our design teaching plan around the goal in details,and explains what we should teach about archives science in E-era has to stress the E-era ＇s demand,considers the common knowledge demand of documentary information management,and notices the degree of courses close relation with Eera,reasonable demand of traditional paper archives courses,never＂plant other＇s field,waste our own land＂,meanwhile it points out about how we should teach：carry out the teaching thought of theory with practice,strengthen archival informalization test teaching,create electronic govnerment business and electronic records management conditions of test teaching,keep on doing paper records and paper archives test teaching,teach archives science to use external resources and comparative method,and so on.
