农民工职业适应水平实证分析

摘　　要：从人的社会化理论出发,通过对武汉市杨园街道从事餐饮服务的566名农民工的调查,发现农民工的职业适应水平较高。调查结果显示,只有考虑农民工的继续社会化因素和基本社会化结果因素,才能更合理、更有效地解释农民工的职业适应水平。这个发现可使农民工更好地融入到新的社会关系中去,有助于农民工自身的城市化过程。Based on the theory of people’s socialization,this article finds by surveying on 566 peasant workers who work in restaurants of Yangyuan Street of Wuhan City that urban peasant workers’ vocational adaptation level is high.The result shows that only considering peasant workers’ developmental socialization and basic socialization result can we reasonably explain the migration workers’ vocational adaptation level.This result can help peasant workers integrate well in new social relations.
