常德市域中心城市空间格局演变

摘　　要：对常德市域城镇体系空间结构演化的历史轨迹进行了梳理,分析了其城镇体系由单中心向双中心演变,最终形成单中心格局的过程及原因。认为常德市域城镇体系曾经存在沅江流域的常德和澧水流域的澧州两个政治中心,但随着经济和交通格局的变化,澧州作为经济和商业中心的地位逐渐被津市所替代。现状是,在常德市域城镇单中心格局下,中心城市对澧水流域经济的吸引力有限;澧水流域内部城镇间分工协作联系弱,流域中心城市缺失。建议加强沅、澧流域间的交通联系,强化常德中心城市的经济功能;同时加强澧水流域内部城镇间的经济联系,构建"津—澧"流域经济的复合中心。This article firstly gives a review on the historical evolution of spatial structure of urban system of Changde City,and discuses the evolution process of the urban system which turns from single-center to double-center and finally forms a single-centered structure.In history,there were ever two political centers in Changde area,including Changde City in Yuanjiang river basin and Lizhou City in Lishui river basin.With the changes of economic and transport circumstance in modern times,Lizhou has lost its central position,leaving a lot of problems in the development process of the Lishui river basin.Based on historical discusses,it suggests strengthening the traffic infrastructure between the two basins while enhancing the economic communication in Lishui river basin and building a recombination center composed of Jinshi and Lixian.
