益肾化瘀汤辅助治疗IgA肾病蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾化瘀汤辅助治疗IgA肾病蛋白尿的疗效及安全性。方法:选择IgA肾病蛋白尿患者70例,随机分成治疗组36例和对照组34例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,口服苯那普利和潘生丁;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益肾化瘀汤口服。两组均连续治疗6个月。监测治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后治疗组24h蛋白尿改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组未发现与中药相关的不良反应。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上加用益肾化瘀汤治疗IgA肾病安全有效,疗效优于单独的西医常规治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yishen Huayu Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of IgA Nephropathy with proteinuria.Methods：Select patients with IgA nephropathy with proteinuria of 70 cases.were randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases and control group 34 cases.The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,benazepril and dipyridamole;treatment group therapy was added Yishen Huayu Decoction based on the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.Before and after treatment to monitor 24h urine protein and adverse reactions.Results：After treatment,the treatment group improved significantly better than 24h proteinuria control group （P 0.01）;treatment group was significantly higher than the total effective rate （P 0.01）;Treatment group was not found with traditional Chinese medicine-related adverse reactions.Conclusion：It is safe and effective that plus Yishen Huayu Decoction treated IgA nephropathy on the basis of the Western conventional treatment,it is more effective than conventional therapy alone in Western medicine.
