摘 要:采用响应面分析法优化银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的超声提取条件,在单因素实验基础上利用BBD组合设计拟合试验条件。结果表明:B(乙醇浓度)、BC(乙醇浓度和超声时间)的交互作用对响应值的影响显著。采用超声功率500W,(35±5)℃条件下,黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:液固比15.5:1;乙醇浓度63%;超声35min;静止萃取6min;超声提取2次。用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色法测得的银杏黄酮得率为7.11mg/g,与预测值7.31mg/g的相对误差为2.35%。Using response surface analysis to optimize the ultrasound extract of Ginkgo biloba flavonoids process conditions.In the basis of single factor experiments use Box-Behnken combination menthod to study experimental conditions.The result shown that B(the ethanol concentration) and BC(the ethanol concentration interacte with the ultrasonic time) had significant effect on response value.Under condition of using ultrasonic power 500W(35 ± 5)℃,the optimum conditions for extract flavonoids compound are the ratio of liquid to solid 15.5:1,ethanol concentration 63%,ultrasonic extraction time 35min,extraction time 5min,and times of extraction twice.Under such condition,the yield of flavonoids compound was 7.11mg /g,and the relative error between the testing value and theoretic values(7.31mg /g)is 2.35%.
