摘  要:目的:测定红花、川芎、丹参及其合并提取液中亚油酸的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法,使用HP-INNOWAX(30.0m×250μm×0.25μm)柱,Agilent6890N色谱工作站,采用外标一点法进行测定。结果:亚油酸甲酯在0.6~3.7μg内,进样量与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,精密度、稳定性、重复性、回收率试验的RSD值均小于2%,平均回收率为101.57%,红花中亚油酸含量为1.004%,丹参为0.00066%,川芎为1.803%,红花/川芎为1.40%,红花/川芎/丹参为1.060%。结论:该法对于川芎等药材制剂的质量控制可提供参考。Objective:To determine the content of Linoleic Acid in Ligusticum wallichii,Carthamus tinctorius,Salvia miltiorrhiza bge and their amalgamative extract with water.Methods:Gas Chromatography,HP-INNOWAX (30.0m × 250μm × 0.25μm) column,Agilent6890N chromatographic work station and one point external standard method were used in determination.Results:The content of methyl linoleate was 0.6 ~ 3.7μg,r=0.9996,the Sample volume have a good linear relationship with the peak area,all the trial RSD of precision,stability,repeatability and recovery are less than 2%,the average recovery is 101.57%,the content of Linoleic Acid in Carthamus tinctorius is 1.004%,Salvia miltiorrhiza bge 0.00066%,Ligusticum wallichii 1.803%,the amalgamative extract of Carthamus tinctorius and Ligusticum wallichii 1.40%,the amalgamative extract of Carthamus tinctorius,Ligusticum wallichii and Salvia miltiorrhiza bge 1.060%.Conclusion:The method can be used as a reference for the quality control of Ligusticum wallichii and other medicinal preparations.
